Notice!  Do not include the newly appointed Director, or the Director who recently resigned, if one did. 

Appoint Director can accommodate up to 5 Directors, aside from the newly appointed Director.  If there are fewer than 5, leave empty fields blank.

Please note, the first Director you list will automatically be appointed to sign the Notice of Change of Directors.  This Director will also sign the Cover Letter addressed to the Corporations Director.
