Share Allotment delivers within minutes all the documents you need to allot shares, and properly record the allotment in your LegalDeeds Minute Book. It includes a personalized Subscription for Allotment, a personalized Consent & Waiver for Allotment, a personalized Directors Resolution, and a personalized Share Certificate. It also includes a straightforward Instruction Sheet, which includes instruction on signatures and LegalDeeds Minute Book entries. Share Allotment is an ancillary service to Self-Incorporation and Minute Book. Thus, the only type of shares it creates are Common shares without par value. In addition, the LegalDeeds Minute Book entry instruction relates to the Registers obtained through Minute Book. Thus, if you intend to use Share Allotment, and your incorporation did not proceed through Self-Incorporation, we cannot guarantee the documents will be adequate. The fee for Share Allotment is $10, payable in Canadian dollars. There are no government filing fees. To proceed, complete the entries.
