Before you start, you must decide whether you want to incorporate a
Named or Numbered company.
If you want to incorporate a Named company, you must first obtain an Ontario NUANS® Name Search Report for the name you propose. The Companies Branch requires that you file this report along with the incorporation documents when you file for incorporation.
